Quality Assurance

Quality control and warranty

Four inspection stages and batch traceability stop problems before they leave the factory. Warranty terms are per model on each product page.

Four inspection stages

IQC

Incoming inspection

Key materials sampled by lot against specification, appearance and fit dimensions.

IPQC

In-process inspection

First-article approval plus floor patrols, with 100% check at critical stations.

FQC

Final inspection

Full checklist on function, appearance, accessories and labelling.

OQC

Outgoing inspection

Sampled to the agreed AQL, verifying shipping marks, quantity and packing integrity.

Inspection items and the AQL level are confirmed in writing before mass production. Nothing ships below the agreed standard.

Routine test items

  • Dimensions and critical tolerances
  • Appearance: colour difference, scratches, print adhesion
  • Function and performance figures
  • Endurance and ageing tests
  • Safety and hipot testing to the target market standard
  • Package drop and simulated transport

Batch traceability

  • Finished goods carry a production batch code, and key components record their incoming lot.
  • A retained sample is kept for every order until that batch’s warranty expires.
  • Inspection records are archived with the order and retrievable by batch.

Third-party inspection

SGS, BV, Intertek, your own inspector or an agent you appoint are all welcome. Inspection standards and gauges are agreed before mass production; if an inspection fails we correct and re-inspect at no extra charge.

How a claim is handled

  1. Report

Send model, batch code, quantity and photos or a video.

  2. Acknowledgement

    Acknowledged with a first reading.

  3. Analysis

Root cause analysis; we may ask for the units back to reproduce it.

  4. Remedy

Replacement, repair or credit, as agreed.

  5. Prevention

Corrective and preventive action reported back so the same issue does not recur.
